Welcome to the City of Sydney’s online grant application service for the Short term empty properties program, powered by SmartyGrants.

The City of Sydney owns a number of commercial and community properties, including retail and office space. These properties may be empty for short periods between tenancies. This program provides immediate and short-term occupancy of temporarily vacant or under-used properties within our portfolio. The properties are offered for a minimum of one month occupancy.

Need SmartyGrants help?

You can start your application, save what you have done and return to it as many times as you like before the grant deadline. If you wish to leave a partly completed application, press Save and Close and log out. When you log back in and click on the My Submissions link at the top of the screen you will find your application to continue.
