Welcome to the City of Sydney’s online grant application service for the 107 Redfern Street Short-term empty properties grant program, powered by SmartyGrants.

The City of Sydney owns a number of commercial and community properties, including retail and office space. These properties may be empty for short periods between tenancies.
The short-term empty properties program provides immediate and short-term occupancy of temporarily vacant or under-used properties within our portfolio.

Before you start your application, it's important you read the Short-term empty properties program guidelines and information pack documents on the 107 Redfern Street opportunity webpage and  grants and sponsorship guidelines.
